You've probably seen this on Instagram Stories. There's a photo of a post and the owner says something like "click on this photo to see today's post".
What they are doing is training their viewers to interact with their posts and not just their stories. It's a great social media marketing strategy!
Well, how did they do this? Did they need 10,000 followers to be allowed this feature? Nope, everyone can do this.
Here's the step-by-step on how to add your Instagram Post to your Instagram Stories:
Pick the photo from your posts you want to display in your stories.
Click on the airplane icon to share it to your stories.
Choose "Add post to your story".
Click on "Tap for more" and start typing whatever you want (use the Aa at the top right).
When done typing your text, click on "send to".
Click on "share" and then hit "done".
YOU ARE DONE!
Now when someone goes into your stories and click on the photo, they will get a pop up that says "See Post >". When they click on that, they will get to see your original post.
