Why me?

I'm not an enlightened happiness expert or a world renowned motivational speaker like Mel Robbins - I'm just a regular girl who was stressed out, anxious, and cranky AF a lot of the time ... until one day when I decided to change my life by saying goodbye to a rampant monkey mind that was in control.

The effects were remarkable: I gained control of this monkey mind and was able to steer it in the direction that I wanted it to go.

I now share my personal experience with calming my mind, feeling happier, and ending debilitating panic attacks by offering you specific tips on the happiness process and revealing how a mindful way of living can not only transform your mind but truly enrich your life.

Education:

I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder way back in the day. For the last five years I studied the Science of Happiness from the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berkeley plus success coaching at the Jay Shetty Certification School ... and countless hours of reading various books and listening podcasts on happiness.
